Shipping, Returns, and Warranty
We ship from Michigan. Orders placed Monday through Friday generally leave in 24-48 hours for in stock, ready made items. Custom orders will have a longer lead time and will be discussed when placed. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday may not ship until the following business day (usually Monday) with the exception of large releases. Release days: due to the potential volume of sales, shipping time could be delayed a bit longer, but I will strive to have all out as soon as possible.
Shipping is set to flat rates based on size. UPS is also an option and set up based on their cost. Please ask if you have any questions.

Returns and Cancellations
Please contact us before putting in for a return. Your satisfaction with Eco Milestones is my top priority, please reach out to discuss options.
We accept returns of items within 14 days and cancellation of orders for a store credit. There will be a 4% restocking fee taken out and return shipping (if item has been shipped) will be charged. Returns must be in original packaging (if applicable), unused, unwashed, and not "prepped". Due to the personal nature of cloth diapering, we cannot accept returns that have been used. Custom dyed orders are available for a partial refund and must be unused.

Please make sure to include the original packing slip OR a note with your order number, email address, and reason for return. This ensures the refund is distributed as soon as possible.
Buyers are responsible for return postage and we do not refund shipping charges. We recommend shipping with tracking, and we are not responsible for packages that are damaged in transit or lost by USPS or UPS.
Please call your local post office (check usps.com for locations) or UPS and ask about your package. Have your tracking number ready, as well as the tracking information that can be found on usps.com or UPS.
Most packages are found with only a slight delay - however, we cannot guarantee a refund or 're-ship' for lost packages. I will help you any way I can to assist in finding your lost package.
If an item is missing from your purchase please contact us immediately via our email email@example.com.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error or refusal, the buyer may be asked to pay postage to re-ship the order or have the order cancelled for a refund of the item price.
This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If this option is selected at checkout, you will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please confirm pick up time before arriving to ensure the best service possible. Your order will be delivered to your vehicle.
